I’ve been going to this location for a while now. I recently had the Keratin Hair Treatment, facial and lash lift with Ms Britt Chavez. She is amazing at doing all three. This experience was the best that I’ve ever received at any Spa. She is GREAT at her job!!! I highly recommend her!!! My hair and face have never looked and felt this good. Thank you Ms Britt, keep up the great work.♥️🌻

I had an excellent experience at Spa Downtown! Tiffani provided a fantastic 90-minute Swedish massage, and Kristy, my amazing esthetician, always delivers a wonderful facial. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this spa for a rejuvenating and pampering experience!

The spa is clean and comfortable. I have gotten several massages, facials, wax treatments and haircuts there. Attendants are always corteous, professional and thorough. I drive over an hour each way just to go back to this wonderful and relaxing spa every month.

I was visiting Las Cruces from Canada and chose this spa for a facial. It was a great choice! My aesthetican, Juanita, gave me a first-class facial and she was very professional. The spa itself is spotless and has a relaxed aura. Highly recommended.

I've always wanted to try The Spa Downtown. But, I never got around to doing it. I finally did and now I'm hooked. Nima, is one awesome Masseuse! She has the hands of an angel. I have had two sessions with her. Nima, will find the perfect oil scent for you. She doesn't rush the massage, like most of these other masseuses around Las Cruces. She takes her time during the massage. She makes sure that you're relaxed and not tense. She's extremely nice. She'll ask if you would like to try new things like Himalayan rocks or warm towel feet wraps. The Spa Downtown employs extremely nice and helpful people. I've never had a problem or any issues with the Spa.

I brought my son to keep me company for an appointment and walked in to find out they refused service because I had a kid, and I was going to be charged. I had no clue. I will not be back.
